Not only was this my family's GP for years, overtime it has gotten worse. The level of unexperienced people is crazy. Not only do they not care about your symptoms, they suggest everything is now to do with Covid 19 even if you have a negative covid test. They are incapable of helping in even the slightest way making your symptoms unfathomable. Worst experience ever. I will be switching GP's today. Unbelievably disgusting.

Dear Ms Grant Grant I am sorry that you feel you did not get a good service recently. I understand that it can be frustrating that we have to rule out Covid 19 when patients call the practice but this is to protect staff and patients . We would be happy to discuss your feedback in person if you wish, please contact the surgery.
