"Terrible practice."

Terrible service. The doctors can be very offhand and unsympathetic. And one woman in particular is very rude and unhelpful. I had spinal injections for my arthritis on Friday (11 June). We had to take a letter from my hospital consultant to this doctors surgery afterwards (my doctors surgery). My mum took it to reception, but the receptionist refused to take it and told her to post it in the repeat prescription box outside. When I went there today (17th June) and asked if the letter from the hospital had been scanned on yet, it hadn't been, and they had no idea where the letter was. I was told that the person who does the scanning would look through their pile and give me a call. No call. So now I can't even trust Somerset Gardens to manage my medical records properly.
