"Adolescent unit"

About: Riverdale Grange

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the adolescent unit at Riverdale in June of last year. After a stay in general hospital, it was a much needed relief to be in an environment which  understood and supported me through my struggles with anorexia. The staff were all so so supportive and lifted you up when you were down, from the nurses, to the therapists, and even the chef, everyone is there to help you, and I wouldn't be where I am today if I hadn't been to Riverdale. They truly did save my life! After 4 months I was discharged home and I have been slowly climbing up in my recovery ever since, thank you thank you thank you to everyone!
