(as a service user),

I feel i have had good service from CGL.

I feel my key worker Frances has been a very good help over the few 3 years.

I ring and she calls back and always has time to support me.

I feel she takes on board what i am saying and vice verser.

Hi vulpeculaqf48

Thank you. Just being able to call your worker for a quick chat is something we know is helpful. This sometimes keeps people focussed. Do you know that Cambridgeshire Recovery Service which is attached to CGL provide loads of support too. Often outside normal working hours so why not get in tough with your worker to find out more.
