"Highly professional"

I attended a Wheelchair review in Motherwell as my powerchair was needing replacing. The lady who took me through the assessment was fantastic and made a few suggestions.  As a result of this she then visited me at home with the type of power chair that she thought would be suitable for me. After trying it out for a few minutes I totally agreed, so my replacement was ordered. It was delivered very quickly and after a few weeks the lady paid another visit to my home to see how I was getting on with the new powerchair and to make sure I was using it safely.  I have to say that the lady who took me through my assessment and the Engineer who delivered the chair were both highly professional people who were a credit to Westminster Glasgow and the NHS. 

I should point out that at all times both the Westmark staff wore full PPE while myself and my wife used facemasks.
