"SN was fantastic at discussing my husband's problem with me"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

My husband attended ED this week and with the current covid restrictions, he had to attend alone, when I called the dept for information about him, SN Aoife, after gaining consent from my husband was fantastic at discussing his problem with me, and was very reassuring. She also provided information for my husband and I for future reference. Thank you Aoife!

Thank you taking the time share the experience that you had when your phoned our Emergency Department to enquire about your husband. It is so reassuring to read that Aoife was "fantastic at discussing his problem with you" and that she also provided information for your husband and yourself for future reference. This is so important especially during these difficult times of Covid when you were unable to attend to be with your husband.
