I've been attending Change Grow Live for just over a year now on and off.

I have learnt a lot from Andrea in relapse prevention groups and been able to implement the skills in other situations too.
I have just started prism with Steve and look forward to learning more about myself.

Hope you are well. Thanks for your message. You have mentioned a couple of groups which we offer. We deliver lots of groups and its absolutely fine to find the right ones for you. You will know some are more structured than others but hopefully you get something positive every time you come to CGL. Its great that the groups are working so well and that people get so much from them. It wasn't long ago where groups were frowned upon by many!!
