"Excellent service "

On visiting the hospital for the first time for an outpatient appointment I was impressed the moment I walked through the door.

The initial receptionist very friendly and above all smiling. I had failed to fill in a form correctly,no problem sorted immediately.

The first healthcare lady I met introduced herself and noticed i was a bit unsteady straight away there was an arm to support me. She then went through the preliminaries paying very careful attention to me. She then handed me over to another lady introduced me and blow me she was just as caring.

Went in to see the dr. Yet again a lovely,frank and caring man. I'm sorry I didnt catch your names.

Making my way to the exit this lady again assisted me. The first lady then stopped me to give me some information regarding a future appointment at another hospital which I wasnt sure of. That was above and beyond. In fact my whole visit was above and beyond . When I mentioned how grateful I was she replied "we are very proud of our hospital and thank you"

Well ladies the hospital should be very proud of you. Many many thanks.
