(as the patient),

I am so grateful to the Ambulance service, A& E, AMU and especially Tilgate Annex for the care I received with breathing problems. My stay in ESH was professional and caring in challenging times. The only downside was the air conditioning in our bay was not working and for patients with chest problems was not good. All The staff were brilliant in extremely hot conditions, let's hope it is fixed soon.

Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with us which I have fed back to the teams on A&E, AMU and Tilgate Annex.

The temperatures of the ward during the recent hot weather have been challenging and are being addressed with our estates department for the interim we have recently purchased further air conditioning units.

I do hope you are feeling better and your breathing has improved.
