"Staff in A& E were rude and unkind"

I went to a& e by ambulance as was in severe pain and discomfort when I arrived i was put on a bed and given pain relief I waited 6 hours for a doctor he checked me out in a very rushed way and then just said I could go home. I said what was the outcome of my test results he said would come back and tell me although never did. The nurse then came and said I could go. No discharge letter or anything. I said to her do i not need some pain relief as I know the pain will come back as soon as current one wears off ..she then said OK i will ask doctor? I thought surely the doctor could offer this.

Anyway after being home for 6 hours I'm an in awful pain again, and vomiting 111 advised I go straight back to Hillingdon as it was a failed discharge. So I go back in an ambulance in awful pain.. when I arrive a rude woman looks at me and says its a 7 hour waiting time...i felt so unwelcomed.

She then asked me questions, not once did she smile or try to comfort me. I asked for the same pain relief I had earlier and she said no as I won't in that much pain..which was baffling as she never asked me how much pain I was in?

I then sat in a & e waiting room in severe pain. I burst into tears and it was then a nice doctor found me and asked my details and what was wrong. Anyway that doctor unlike the one earlier who discharged me listened to me and suggested I have gallstones by the pain I was describing she checked my urine found blood in it and sent me for a CT scan and then I had to wait for surgery team as had a serious infection. The doctor who discharged me initially took my bloods and urine he should of noticed this or better yet should of took the tome to examine me but he just rushed through and sent me home.

Luckily the staff after a & e were very nice but moving forward i will not come back to this hospital. Some areas are very dirty. The bed on my ward were old small and outdated. And stains everywhere.
