"Caring, clean and patients put first"

I use the Day Treatment Unit to have my blood transfusion and am very grateful to have such a well-run and caring unit in which to have my treatment. All of the nurses are very kind and caring towards me which makes it a pleasure for me to sit and enjoy being there passing the time talking to them and fellow patients. Whenever I am being attended to, it is done with care and attention making it obvious that their patient's needs are always put first. The room is always kept spotlessly clean by the staff at the hospital and the room temperature is comfortable. My only thought for improvement would be if I could look at the view out of the window.
