About: Hounslow Recovery Team East

I'm a person with Depression and Anxiety who also suffers from complex PTSD. I was referred to the Recovery Team in September 2019. After the assessment they said they'll get back to me but they never did. My mental condition got worse during the lockdown and every time I contacted them they said they can't give me an appointment because they're busy! I even thought about killing myself by who cares, right?

Thank you for contacting the team through the Care Opinion with your concerns about the delay in follow-up care since your assessment in September 2019. I'm sorry to hear about this, and I can understand your frustration. I can assure you that this is not the level of service we would want our patients to receive.
