NHS commissioners sort out your contracts to companies that actually SERVE PATIENTS and are SAFE. This company is not fit for purpose and leaves the patient being a liasion between the NHS and LP clinical homecare just to get a simple repeat prescription and then MISSING DOSES. The service is leading to unnecessary missed doses and ++ stress for people with chronic conditions, who I would think have enough to contend with. This is a unsafe and inadequate service, NHS commissioners please sort it out! Adverse events and exceptionally poor treatment of patients is definitely not in line with the NHS Constitution and values. I myself do not feel like I am being treated with empathy or respect.
