About: New Stobhill Hospital / Breast Clinic

(as a service user),

Attended Stobhill hospital today for routine Mammogram. Was called for my mammogram at my designated time. Elspeth carried out my X-ray in a very professional manner. Whilst driving home I received a call asking me to return for further views and I could have this done later today. I returned at the allocated time and was seen straight away by Specialist Radiographer Thani. I then attended Clinic H where I had an ultrasound performed by Dr Dawson. Lena (Breast Liason Nurse) was there to support also. Thankfully everything was ok. Before I left I was examined by Dr MacBeth (Consultant). I cannot believe the service I received today, thank goodness for the our NHS. Thankyou to all staff involved today including reception staff at Imaging Department and also Willie the Porter.
