"Poor care at Southport & Formby District"

I was a patient at the Southport & Formby District hospital for the removal of an abscess. After the operation, I found out that my bed had been given to another patient and so had to sit in a chair for 1 and a half hours - very uncomfortable after my operation.

Also, after explaining that I am allergic to penicillin (even though firstly, it was in my notes, and secondly, I was already wearing a red wristband), I was given a prescription which contained penicillin. This was not acceptable care.
