"They are all so nice and friendly"

Through my time on Pegasus ward, I have been supported fully. Staff have always made it clear that if I need help they’re there for me, if I wanted to complain, they’d listen to me, if I was distressed they’d talk to me and support me. They are all so nice and friendly, they don’t judge you for what you do or say, and don’t hold any action you do against you. They always make the best decision for you and do everything in your best interest.

The one thing I can say that might need to be done a bit better, is that bank healthcare assistants might need a bit more help in understanding eating disorders; sometimes they say unhelpful things to me without meaning to.
