"Community Dental Care"

My 6 year old son had an appointment yesterday to have 8 teeth extracted. On arrival the staff were very friendly and talked us both step by step through what would happen during the appointment and paying special attention to my boy which was fantastic in helping him feel safe and happy in the environment.

When we were called through for the procedure to start my son got very anxious and started panicking about the gas and wearing the mask. The staff were very quick to step in and with the expert experience came up with an alternative method which was much more suited and accommodating for my son, Katie and Ashley in particular took extra time an care to comfort and reassure  him that everything would be ok and ultimately he had the procedure done. I’d like to say huge thanks to the whole team that took care of my son and I on Wednesday they were so helpful, friendly and caring and really could not have been any more accommodating and supportive throughout the whole appointment from the minute we arrived and until they waved us goodbye.
