"Impossible to speak to anyone"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

During May I had some x-rays carried out at Whipps X. Four week later, having not heard from anyone I tried ringing the Orthopaedics dept. Three times I phoned and waited 15 minutes on the phone. Each time nobody answered the phone.

Dreadful service - how difficult is it to have somebody answering the phone?
