Admin staff can’t be blamed I’m not a patient my Nan is at the age of 87 she has been I’ll doctor talked then prescribed medicine didn’t work my Nan can not eat a call was put in yesterday she heard nothing another call out in admin staff were going to ask doctor for different medication still no call I then called pleading for help nothing so then nana daughter called still nothing we pleaded for my Nan to see a doctor I know COVID had put an awful strain on the nhs but surely an 87 year old elderly woman living on her own can see a doctor it is now 8.45pm no phone call no appointment the office could at least say sorry for delay she could be dead for all they know , we are now considering moving to another doctor the wood end health centre is overrun with patients and there is never a regular doctor whom you can see there are always different doctors there is no consistency, then my mum was poorly she has slow growing cancer copd and vein issues in her legs she really needed to see a go and was told two weeks again there has to be a better priority system in place , because my 87 year old Nan has been ignored and made to feel worthless our only option is to go to a&e which puts even more strain on the nhs how can I expect my 87 year old Nan to wait for 10 hours (that was the wait time on my last visit) I’ve put this review on hoping the nhs for Cov and Warwickshire will see it I’m hoping the surgery will see this as we are at our wits end as to what to do for Nan logo

We are sorry that you have encountered difficulties getting to speak with a Doctor on behalf of your grandmother. I am unable to comment or help with your dissatisfaction as this post is anonymous. If you would like to contact the surgery and speak with the Practice Manager, we can certainly look into this for you.
