"Awful service "

Would’ve been better off not going there in the first place. Treatment ended and care co and support worker removed from my care without anyone informing me. Psychiatrist you can never see and only form of contact removed. Then am personally blamed for this happening, when it’s just down to keeping up with statistics and off loading people. In short left feeling worse than when started, and abandoned half way through treatment. Absolutely dreadful service that couldn’t ever be recommended, and needs looking at before it costs lives.
