"Efficient and welcoming"

About: Beech Hall Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

We had to bring my little boy to beech hall well-being and treatment centre to get assessed by a gp. As he was displaying respiratory symptoms he couldn’t be assessed by our family gp until he had a negative Covid test. We therefore opted to get him checked at beech hall prior to getting his covid test. I found the staff to be so pleasant and helpful,  efficient and welcoming. I can’t remember any of their names but it was a GP and her assistant who dealt with us. They are a testament to how NHS can work to provide quality care and are an example of how it should be everywhere in the health trusts
