"Excellent Treatment"

I attended the unit for a routine mammogram and at the time was amazed at the efficiency of the department. The staff were kind and reassuring and the appointment was on time. I then received a letter asking for me to return to the unit to have further tests. The letter was reassuring and I only had a few days to wait. On my return I was met by the Breast Care Nurse who instantly put me at my ease. I then went on to have more tests and finally a biopsy. Throughout the procedure I was reassured and treated with the utmost respect. Finally I received a phone call from my Breast Care Nurse who was happy to impart the news that all was well. The staff should be congratulated on the magnificent work that they do. Thank you to all.
