"I will miss you all at the dialysis unit"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Renal unit

(as a service user),

I want to take this opportunity to thank Sean, Donna and all the staff at Altnagelvin Renal Unit for my excellent care over the past 3 years while on dialysis.

The kindness, support and care provided by the whole team was always of the highest standard. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

I will miss you all.
