"Lost our fetus, without anyone to help, totally devastated from Maternity care unit"

This Maternity system and the lack of communication, and nobody to care for my wife is totally a shame! It's been more than two weeks now that we have lost our fetus(which we were trying for many years to have) and the appointed Midwife has not contacted my wife, not even a sympathetic I'm sorry for your loss sms is been sent! Never seen a doctor, even after diagnosed(from telephone Midwife) as difficult pregnancy.   Feeling like there are no personnel, and no compassion! No actual professional help whatsoever, just a receptionist saying: If you have severe bleeding come to A&E. Meaning it felt like to us-don't bother us, just stay there and wait for your fetus to die! I'm so disappointed,devastated and angry with the lack of professionalism and compassion! I could not recommend this place.

Where to begin...I think I'm not gonna go into details, my grief is so great to write, or comment anything more..
