Taking my 2 year old to A&e in york was a smooth and easy process thanks to the fabulous care and attention of Dr Besai and staff nurse felicity. They were kind and professional and made us both comfortable as well as diagnosing and treating my toddler quickly. Thank you. 

The Paediatric area in A&E is a massive advantage for York - it makes a difficult experience far easier for parents and children.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the treatment you and your child received whilst in our A&E department. I'm so glad Dr Besai and the rest of the team were kind and professional throughout your stay and that the treatment you received was efficient. I hope your child is recovering well at home now.
