About: Grenoside Surgery

I can only praise this GP practice for all their support during a time when they have been under tremendous pressure due to the pandemic. I would not have received the same level of service from my previous surgery even without the current crisis. Like a proverbial 'Sherlock Holmes', they are investigating all the possibilities as to the cause of my ill health, which has been getting progressively worse for the last ten years, affecting both my mental health and physical abilities. My list of symptoms must seem endless and I must sound like a hypochondriac at the best of times - but they have listened and taken me seriously. They have seen me face to face when they didn't have to, they have given regular telephone support, and booked prompt hospital investigative procedures which have highlighted problems I didn't know I had! Investigations are still ongoing with other aspects of my mental and physical heath, and appointments with further specialists in the offing. I fully believe that with help of this brilliant surgery, I will finally get an answer, a proper diagnosis and the right treatment, which may help me regain improved health and the old me! So a big thankyou to all the team at Grenoside surgery from a grateful , double vaccinated and less despondent patient.

Thank you for such kind words which I have shared with all of my staff and the GP Partners at the surgery.

We always try where ever possible to provide the support and assistance that patients deserve the right to expect but when this is recognised and commented upon it adds that huge plus to know their efforts are worthwhile.
