"bad pallative care"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

my mum was in 3 wards in 2 weeks during her time in there, she ended up in g1 ward were she i believe developed septis and ended dying the conditions were disgraceful, family were at her bedside mum was in the normal ward while she was dying we couldn't put the curtain round as the nurse couldnt she the other bed from were she was sat apparently, we had to go to a nurse twice as a patient was playing music at top notch without earphones we asked about a side ward we were promised but apparently it hadn't been deep cleaned which is a disgrace, while mum was dying they came and started to take her jewelry off the care and compassion was disgraceful i think this hospital needs a very good looking at.
