My Mother has attempted to be assessed at A&E twice in the past 10 weeks and both times a triage nurse has not allowed her to be seen by orthopaedic staff.
My Mother, whilst working, felt and heard a crack in her knee, it is swollen, extremely painful and she is unable to walk on it. A&E at Crosshouse have fobbed her off twice and her GP surgery have done the same.
Disgraceful service.
