About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Urology

(as the patient),

I was asked to go to www.cctayside.co.uk and get an e-pass before an outpatient appointment I have tomorrow at Perth Royal Infirmary. First, the word 'assessment' was wrongly spelt on the website; secondly the e-pass omitted to add the date. I tried this twice: once on my laptop and once on my phone, with the same result.
