About: Borders General Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

I had my son in for a day procedure at Borders General Hospital.

All members of the team were fantastic, very efficient and very caring to both myself and my son. The nurses in theatre were very thoughtful towards myself, after supporting my son before going under GA.

Having this support made me feel my son was in the best hands, and thankful for the team looking after him.

I'm so grateful for this team's work, and would like them to know this.

Dear hastie


Thank you for taking the time to let us know about you and your sons really positive experience when attending the BGH for a day procedure. As a parent I know that entrusting the care of your child to others is a very hard thing to do and I am so glad that you felt the staff gave the best possible care to him and you, as his mum.

I will make sure that the theatre team get to see this, it will matter to them very much.
