(as the patient),

I am terrified of needles, but today was so easy. They allowed my boyfriend in with me to keep me calm, and he got his at the same time. Nurse was lovely, fast, and talkative. Pain free, well organised but slow queues, didn’t get vaccinated until an hour after my appointment. Overall excellent, excited for the next one.
