About: NHS Fife / COVID-19 Vaccination Service

(as a service user),

I have had the 2 doses of vaccine. A warm welcome to the area was given to me from staff connected with the building itself, then the nursing staff. It was clear where to go and wait, they were chatty and friendly, put me at ease. Information given was clear and questions asked were appropriate. It was quick but not rushed. I was stressed (for personal reasons) when I arrived, but the experience and the friendly advice...no, not advice, the freedom to say and choose not to do, a minor boost was given to me.
