(as a service user),

This was my first visit to Walsall Manor hospital. I had been referred as I had a Breast lump. I am a nurse myself and have got high standards of care.

I was so so nervous when I attended.

The staff in this clinic were amazing and I received a very high standard of care.

Everyone was friendly and professional.

My visit ran so smoothly and each stage of my visit had a minimal wait and friendly staff to meet me at each point.

Well done Walsall Manor, you should be proud of yourselves
