I attended the family planning clinic to have a an IUD fitted. I was feeling very nervous about the procedure. I was greeted by Lesley who welcomed me to the clinic and introduced to the nurse Una who would be performing the procedure. I was not made feel rushed atall even though I was very hesitant and required a bit of reassurance. Both Lesley and Una provided great support throughout the procedure and made me feel as comfortable as I could. In current times there is huge pressure on all clinics and despite this I was not made to feel like I was taking up too much of their time when I felt unwell. A fabulous, supportive team. Thank you for the wonderful experience today.
