I was referred to Occupational Therapy by my Doctor to help me manage my pain/stress and anxiety brought on by Fibromyalgia.
Katrina was really lovely and she provided me with Paperwork, booklets and tips on what to do with regards to relaxation and breathing exercises to help me. I spoke with Kat for around 6 weeks and was very happy with the service I received. Although I never met with Katrina face to face, Katrina was very empathetic to my situation and I felt that she really understood what I was going through.
I am still using some of the tips that Katrina gave to me and the breathing exercises to manage my overthinking. I don’t think Katrina could have done much more for me and I would give Katrina 10/10 for her service. I felt that Katrina really cares for you and even though my sessions all took place over the phone, it was all still very personal to me and was helped along by Katrina's calm and caring personality.
