About: Causeway Hospital / Diabetic Foot Pathway Mid-Ulster Hospital

(as a relative),

I am writing on behalf of my father who is currently attending podiatry outpatients in both Mid Ulster Hospital Magherafelt and Causeway hospital Coleraine with osteomyelitis. I am actually humbled at the exceptional service my dad is receiving and how great the staff are. They have been amazing and even at the tender age of 85 he is treated with the upmost respect. My parents know all the staff by name and are always clear on what is happening during appointments. As a family we very much appreciate at the great care being taken of our dad. Thank you NHS, a fantastic service. 👏👏

Hello Myriam,

It was an absolute pleasure to read your very kind words this morning. I am so pleased that your Father is receiving the best care both in the Mid Ulster and Causeway Podiatry departments. Its a big priority in delivery of care that our patients, like your Father, get access to the Professionals with the skills needed to reduce the risk of complications.

I will pass these kind words onto both areas. I hope your Father continues to do well with his treatment plan.
