One afternoon in May, I dialled 999 and asked for Ambulance services.
A crew from Livingston arrived early evening - names I remember were Ryan, Melanie, and Jackie (I think). Watching them work as a team was so reassuring; brilliant communication between them, ultra professional, and hugely compassionate but firm.
They reached a point where they invited me to consider going to A&E. They allowed me to take time to make a decision which was to go to A&E at Forth Valley Royal where it was discovered that my troponin levels were hugely and dangerously elevated. I was admitted. Had it not been for the professionalism of Ryan and the team, by now I may have been in a very different situation. I cannot praise them highly enough and hope my gratitude can be conveyed to them.
"Professional & compassionate"
