"Gynaecology"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as a service user),

Due to smear test showing high risk cells and cell changes I had to come in for a colposcopy.

Both Dr Kumar and the nurse, Nikki, were really friendly and explained everything that was going to happen and what was going to happen next.

Caring, friendly and made everything go easily, even though the procedure itself wasn't a comfortable thing.

Dear Derp

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Care Opinion.

Thank you very much for commenting on how well the Gynaecology team met your needs during your recent episode of care at the Colposcopy service in Stobhill Ambulatory Care Hospital.

I have shared your feedback with Dr Kumar, Senior Charge Nurse Nikki Harvey and the team. They are delighted to receive this.

I hope you are doing well at this time and recovered well from your procedure.

Best wishes

Isabel Traynor

Lead Nurse, Gynaecology
