"Very poor service"

I have been trying for 2 days to get a doctors appointment. explaining that I am extremely short of breath and suffering from pain. On Tuesday I was told the appointments had been taken and I should try again tomorrow. On Wednesday I tried again and was told once again that the appointments had all gone, but given my symptoms I should try again at 3 pm. I phoned again at 3pm only to be put in a queue of 4, when I eventually got through at 3.12 i was told again that the appointments had all gone and I should try again tomorrow. I asked why there was no face to face appointments given the instruction to GPs to recommence face to face appointments, the receptionists says she knew nothing about it. I fully understand the pressure surgeries are under but in the meantime I and I am sure many others are concerned about not getting treatment. I have suffered pleurisy in the past and these are similar symptoms.
