About: Laburnum Health Centre

Ring for an appointment, can only get appointments at 8:30am or 13:30pm, penalising the working people as always, if i was on the dole, not only could I get free prescriptions but could also book whatever appointment I could possibly get.. But no. If you work, you have to call at these specific times to speak to an unhelpful receptionist who likes to think they're more qualified than an actual Doctor, to diagnose you over the telephone. HA!

Sort out your appointment system!! Have to waste my time and the NHS time and resources now as I need to go to A and E because theres no other options for someone who just needs a consultation with the GP, but theres no cooperation or helpfulness when it comes to booking appointments! Major FAIL

Unfortunately it is difficult for us to meet everyone's requirements and we acknowledge at times of high demand appointments do get booked quickly.
