"EMERGENCY APPT"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

I was seen at very short notice with a suspected detached retina/floaters in my eye. I was very scared and I was reassured and supported by all the nursing staff/hca's/consultant/scanning member of staff, even the volunteer lady was lovely. Thanks for slotting me in and seeing me as an emergency. You were all very kind and I was reassured by the consultant (or registrar) that all was ok.

Thank you for your feedback and five-star rating.

It is wonderful to hear that staff were able to put you at ease during what must have been a uneasy and worrying time for you. We pride ourselves on offering our patients the highest standards of care and we will be very happy to pass your comments onto the team who looked after you as part of our ongoing commitment to improving patient experience.

All the best and take care

Patient Experience Team
