About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Excellent service from doctor. I was in a lot of pain and was seen within 3 hours as I rang 111 first. The doctor explained everything me to and clarified he gave the correct advice and told me the next steps of my condition. The doctor implemented a person centred practice and listened to me. He was knowledgeable and explained what had happened to me.
