About: Medway Maritime Hospital

This review is for the poor cancellation of the second vaccine for the over 60s. I received an email in my junk email to say my second appointment would now not be at the hospital. Still wasn't sure it was true as only I received it and not my husband. Please understand this is not acceptable and could easily have been missed if I had not searched the internet. I do not make it a habit to check your website. No reason given, just saying they do not do it anymore. Thank you Medway, you have truly considered the anxiety about this!

The vaccination services have moved to more community based venues and the patients already booked were re-directed.

We are sorry that the update did not reach you as planned but instead went into you junk mail and for the upset this undoubtedly caused.
