This review is for the poor cancellation of the second vaccine for the over 60s. I received an email in my junk email to say my second appointment would now not be at the hospital. Still wasn't sure it was true as only I received it and not my husband. Please understand this is not acceptable and could easily have been missed if I had not searched the internet. I do not make it a habit to check your website. No reason given, just saying they do not do it anymore. Thank you Medway, you have truly considered the anxiety about this!
