About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended Day Surgery yesterday for a procedure. I would just like to thank every member of staff - nurses on admission, theatre nurses, nurses on the ward, anaesthetist, and the consultant for giving me a really good experience. Every act/procedure was explained to me from my admission to my discharge. I was made to feel at ease with everything and they could not have done enough for me.
