Please explain to me how a txt message stating that you have sent a prescription of an inhaler to a pharmacy for my children (who don't have asthma) for a persistent new cough they have had for the past 5/6 days. With no diagnosis, no explanation of why you have not prescribed antibiotics, no actual doctor speaking to me, to find out that we had been already trying an inhaler (based on a previous cough my daughter had had and been prescribed, that also didn't work), no information as to if they should take a PCR test (was informed that the lateral flow test they took was useless by your nurse and she would find out if they needed a PCR).

Then after receiving the disgusting text message, when phoning back for some clarification, being told by your receptionist (on the phone) that we had been given a consultation and a "decision had been made by the doctor on the course of action" when asked what the decision was, I was told that no one could talk to me about it. And that I had already had my time to ask during the consultation (I never even spoke to the doctor on the phone, nor did I receive any information other than a text saying a prescription was sent to tesco for both children) she refused to provide me with any information from my 8 years old sons and 6 year old daughter records about the issue as well as refused to put me onto a manager or someone who could provide me with the information..

Your surgery is an absolute disgrace.. Your care only about the money you get not care of the patient.
