"Very Disheartened :("

The practice has some wonderful staff working here and it mostly friendly and welcoming. However my complaint it this: Pre-covid it was almost impossible to get an appointment with a doctor, during covid19 phone appointment system is in a no better place, people are stuck waiting for their position to come up. The most disheartening part is, when you ask for a doctor's appointment, you don't get a doctor's appointment, you get a Nurse Practitioner that is not as qualified as a doctor and does not provide the right medical advise. People use GP's practices to actually be able to speak to a doctor about their conditions. From my point of view it is very disheartening to see this, I regard it as a bad decision and provides a poor service. It might relieve some of the doctors time but it does not provide the patient with proper professional GP advice.
