I turned up at A&E following a nasty fall where I hurt my knee and ankle. The staff were fantastic, from reception at A&E, to the fracture clinic. Despite the covid restrictions I was in and out in under 2.5 hours, with a pair of crutches and the advice needed to get me on the mend. Cannot fault the staff they were so kind and accommodating, reassuring me why the foot was now blue, and explaining each step from triage to xray - amazing service thank yo to all.
