"Positive carer experience"

I would like to thank the staff member who contacted me about the person I care for last Friday when they were in crisis. Lorraine from the admin team contacted me immediately as per care plan before going back to the person I care for to reassure them whilst help was on the way which she had arranged. Then she called me back and made sure I was ok too. Really kind and reassuring person, no matter how many times she has contacted me she is always the same and I truely do appreciate it and so does the person I care for. Thank you so much for that individual and professional approach, you are a star and a credit to your team.

I would also like to add Jo and Chloe who also never fail to offer a warm, empathetic, caring and non-judgemental approach to me as a carer as well as the person I care for. I would be lost without their never wavering support and care during times of crisis. Heartfelt thanks to you lovely ladies, a great team.
