About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a service user),

An ambulance was sent out to my grandmother. From the moment they arrived at the house their professionalism and manners towards my grandmother was outstanding. We as a family want to particular thank this crew, one member on the crew was called Gary, and unsure of his other colleagues name but we want to thank them for transferring granny safely to hospital.

Keep up the good work.

Dear Srow

Thank you for taking the time to offer appreciation and thanks to the crew who attended your grandmother during her recent medical event.

It is extremely heartening to hear that your family received such a high standard of politeness, respect and skill from the crews that were present and we are extremely grateful for your kind words of encouragement. Everyone appreciates knowing that they have made a difference to someone/families in need and It is important that the staff involved can receive your thanks. In order for me identify the crew and share your gratitude with them I would need a few extra details. If you would be prepared to discuss this, please contact me on amanda.sweetlove@nias.hscni.net.

I hope your Grandmother is recovering well and feeling much better after what must have been a frightening experience.

Kind regards

Amanda
