"A and E Department"

My name is Carl Horrocks

I visited A and E and had the most superb experience which was very thorough.

Tests were conducted and three people especially worked together to solve my issues.

I left with meds and a thorough understanding.

I am not sure of their names but the Dr and 3 nurses gave me real care.

I was on a drip,vitamin drip etc

The shift was between 11.30-4.30 Thursday 20th May.

One of the nurses had an all blue uniform on so is that senior nurse?

Other two had white uniforms on.

Doctor was also amazing .I was unwell so didn't take names.

Please would you pass on my thanks and share my appreciation.

I have never had such thorough treatment.
